Taco Bueno has been making Mexican food right since 1967, when we first opened in Abilene, Texas. We slow-simmer our beans overnight and cook chips and taco shells fresh every morning. Our fresh salsa bar features house-made pico de gallo and our famous Original Red Salsa. As other Mexican QSRs have taken shortcuts like powdered refried beans and factory-made chips, Bueno has continued to make Mexican food like it should be. Our guacamole is handmade daily with five fresh ingredients.
